Senior Supervisor

They are now seeking an experienced Supervisor to join their team and contribute to their continued success.

The Role:
With projects spanning the Perth metropolitan area, this is an excellent opportunity for a passionate and driven Supervisor to take ownership of large scale subdivision works from start to finish. In this hands on leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing day to day site operations, coordinating plant and labour, managing subcontractors, and ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to specification.

You will work closely with project managers and engineers to plan ahead, troubleshoot issues, and maintain strong communication across the team and with key stakeholders. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast paced environment, leads by example, and takes pride in delivering high quality civil infrastructure outcomes.


Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee employees, subcontractors and labourers
• Ability to manage and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Have a strong understanding of OH&S methods
• Complete reporting on site records

• 3+ Years experience working in Civil Construction
• Experience working on local subdivision and land development.
• Strong communication skills
• Willingness to travel to various projects throughout Perth

• Salary between $130,000 - $160,000 (Depending on experience).
