Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee FRP and concrete structure delivery on-site
- Support and mentor a team of 2 Supervisors
- Maintain a hands-on presence on site to drive delivery and troubleshoot issues
- Read, interpret, and implement complex drawings and specifications
- Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout project delivery
- 5 years supervising experience in FRP and concrete structure delivery
- Strong technical ability to read and interpret complex civil/structural drawings
- Hands-on, practical approach with a “boots on the ground” mentality
- Experience leading and supporting a small supervisory team
- Excellent client-facing and communication skills
- Commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence
- Work on high-profile, challenging projects
- FIFO role 10 days on / 4 days off with travel covered by the company
