Working alongside the Service Manager, you’ll coordinate maintenance and remediation matters, manage homeowner communication and ensure inspections, trade attendance and documentation are completed accurately.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate maintenance and remediation tasks
- Manage homeowner enquiries and provide clear progress updates
- Arrange inspections, emergency attendance and trade works
- Liaise with internal teams, supervisors and trade partners
- Maintain accurate records and upload invoices, quotes and reports
- Monitor outstanding actions and escalate complex matters when needed
- Handle phone and email enquiries professionally
- Provide general service and administrative support
- Experience in customer service, client liaison or a similar role
- Background in residential construction or the building industry
- Exposure to insurance, maintenance or remediation work (advantageous)
- Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
- High attention to detail and solid computer literacy
- Ability to manage competing priorities
