The Role
- Coordinate and schedule service technicians for maintenance, testing, and repairs
- Manage client enquiries and provide updates on job progress
- Prepare work orders, quotes, and service documentation
- Monitor compliance with industry standards and safety regulations
- Support field staff and customers to deliver efficient service outcomes
- Experience in service coordination, scheduling, or administration (fire protection or building services background)
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment
- Clear and confident communicator with a customer-first mindset
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and scheduling/ERP systems (Uptick knowledge highly regarded)
- Able to problem-solve and remain calm under pressure
