About the Role
In this fast-paced B2B role, you will coordinate maintenance requests, manage trades, and ensure a high level of service delivery to commercial clients.
- Manage maintenance requests from initiation through to completion
- Respond to client enquiries via phone and email, providing exceptional customer service
- Coordinate and schedule trades and service providers for maintenance works
- Manage urgent maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution
- Monitor job progress and ensure service delivery meets client expectations and KPIs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, clients, and internal teams
- Maintain accurate records and update internal systems
- Adhere to company procedures, safety standards, and escalation processes
- Experience in a similar coordination, scheduling, property management, or customer service role
- Experience working for a commercial contractor, building supplier, residential builder or insurance builder
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Customer-focused with an understanding of service delivery expectations
- Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team
