With a strong reputation in the market and a solid pipeline of long-term contracts, they are looking to bring on an experienced Fire Service Manager to drive performance and growth within their service division.
The Role
This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing a commercial fire services portfolio, with full responsibility for service delivery, client management, and financial performance. A key focus will be identifying and converting minor works opportunities from within the existing service base.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a commercial fire services portfolio with P&L responsibility of circa $2M
- Lead and mentor a team of technicians and supervisors
- Build strong client relationships across a commercial client base
- Identify, scope, and deliver minor works opportunities from service contracts
- Drive operational performance, service delivery, and profitability
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery
- Strong background in fire services, ideally within a service environment
- Proven experience managing service portfolios and P&L responsibility
- Demonstrated ability to extract and deliver minor works from service contracts
- Strong commercial acumen and client-facing skills
- Leadership experience managing teams in a fast-paced environment
