An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Maintenance Fitter to join a well-established national manufacturing company based in Yatala. This is a full-time permanent role offering excellent rates of pay and long-term career stability.
The Role Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation, maintenance, and repair of manufacturing equipment across a rotating day and night shift roster.
Week 1: Monday - Thursday (Nights)
Week 2: 3 day, 3 night (Off on Thursday)
Week 3: Thursday - Sunday (Days)
Week 4: OFF
Key Responsibilities
- As a Maintenance Fitter you will carry out preventative and breakdown maintenance on manufacturing equipment
- This Maintenance Fitter will carry out fault finding and troubleshooting mechanical issues
- The Maintenance Fitter will be tasked with ensuring machinery operates safely and efficiently
- The Maintenance Fitter will support production to minimise downtime
- This Maintenance Fitter will adhere to all safety, quality, and site procedures
- Trade qualified Maintenance Fitter (or equivalent)
- Proven experience in a manufacturing environment(essential)
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work rotating day and night shifts
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and reliability
- Total remuneration of up to $145,000
