Our client is looking for an exceptional, driven individual who is approachable, caring, and possesses a professional personality. The right candidate will have experience in Shires, Client or Maintenance Liaison, and is looking to advance their career progression in the Residential Building industry.
- Communicating with clients to deliver pre-construction progress reports
- Issue contracts and building permits
- Managing all matters related to approvals (shire/developers/water authority etc)
- General admin tasks, including documenting settlements and finance approvals
- 1+ years of relevant residential industry experience
- Candidates from a local government background considered
- Experience in Shires, Maintenance, Contracts, Client liaison and or Prestart
- Free onsite parking
