The Project
One of the most premium residential towers currently being built comprising of 45 levels, the project comprises approximately 191 luxury residences and extensive resident amenity spaces with a high-end finish and industry-leading sustainability initiatives.
The Opportunity
Reporting to the Project Engineers and Senior Engineering team, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day delivery of the project.
This role is ideal for an engineer with good technical, commercial and site-based construction knowledge within a Tier 1 environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with site coordination and construction activities
- Supporting subcontractor management and daily site operations
- Monitoring quality assurance processes and inspections
- Assisting with programming and short-term planning activities
- Managing RFIs, shop drawings and technical documentation
- Tracking project progress and maintaining site records
- Supporting safety, environmental and compliance initiatives
- Coordinating inspections and ensuring works are delivered to specification
- Liaising with consultants, subcontractors and project stakeholders
About You
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline
- 3+ years' experience within the construction industry
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- High attention to detail and problem-solving capability
- Ability to work effectively within a collaborative project team
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management systems
- A genuine desire to build a long-term career with a leading contractor
