We’re seeking motivated Site Engineers to join a growing civil contractor delivering projects across Sydney’s South West. You’ll work closely with experienced Site Managers, Project Managers, Supervisors, and Surveyors, playing a hands-on role in delivering projects safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Interpret drawings, specifications, and WHS/environmental requirements
- Support quality, safety, and environmental management plans
- Assist with toolbox talks, inspections, and site documentation
- Monitor construction programs and site activities
- Coordinate procurement to keep works on schedule
- Track progress, plant, and resources to improve productivity and cost control
- Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
- Civil construction experience (residential subdivisions or bulk earthworks preferred)
- White Card and Driver Licence
- Strong safety focus and communication skills
- Proactive, organised, and confident taking initiative
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM-based systems
