With a strong pipeline of bespoke renovation and addition projects
valued at $1 million and above, we’re on the lookout for a motivated and experienced Foreman
to take the reins and deliver homes that are anything but ordinary.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Taking full ownership of projects from excavation through to handover
- Coordinating trades and subcontractors to ensure seamless day-to-day operations
- Maintaining a strong focus on quality, detail, and craftsmanship
- Building strong on-site morale and leading by example
- Resolving site issues efficiently and professionally — you’ll be the go-to problem solver
- Liaising directly with clients and ensuring a smooth, transparent experience
- Delivering projects on time, on budget, and to the highest standard
- Solid experience delivering high-end architectural homes and renovations
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Foreman or Leading Hand role
- Confident communicator with excellent organization and leadership skills
- Ability to work autonomously and own your projects from start to finish
- Tech-savvy enough to handle basic programs like Outlook, Word, Excel
