About the Role We’re looking for a highly capable Site Foreman to oversee the delivery of a bespoke architectural home in Sydney’s East. With a strong pipeline of high-end builds ahead, you’ll be supported by an experienced leadership team and reliable subcontractor base — allowing you to focus on quality, progress, and execution.

 What You’ll Be Doing

• Running the day-to-day site operations of a $10M+ architecturally designed home
• Coordinating and overseeing trades, suppliers, and contractors
• Driving the build to meet program timelines and quality benchmarks
• Ensuring high safety standards and compliance on-site
• Liaising with consultants and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery
• Creating a productive, respectful and detail-focused site culture

• 5+ years as a Foreman/Site Manager on high-end residential builds ($7M+)
• Experience in luxury homes with architectural complexity and high-spec finishes
• A trade background (preferably Carpentry)
• Proven ability to deliver projects on time and to the highest standard
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Focused on site safety, detail, and team performance
