Our client, a highly respected construction company delivering government projects across Victoria is seeking a Site Supervisor to join their growing team.
About the Role
As a Site Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard. This is an excellent opportunity for someone wanting to step up into a leadership role.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as a Carpenter, Concreter, Formworker, Leading Hand or Foreman
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage both on-site activities and administrative tasks
- A proactive, hands-on approach and the ability to lead and motivate site teams
- A reliable commute to projects in either the SE or Western suburbs
- Genuine career progression within a reputable builder
- A strong pipeline of commercial projects
- Supportive leadership and a collaborative site culture
- Opportunity to gain experience on education and childcare projects
- Salary up to $125k (incl. super) depending on experience
- Perfect for someone ready to take the next step into site leadership
