We’re looking for an experienced Site Foreman
to lead the night shift supervision on an office and lobby upgrade project, based in Sydney's inner west.
The project involves new lobby upgrades and managing deliveries, with standard foreman responsibilities, ensuring smooth and efficient site operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervising and coordinating trades on-site
- Ensuring work is completed to schedule and quality standards
- Managing safety, compliance, and site logistics
- Liaising with project stakeholders to keep works on track
- Proven experience as a Foreman on fit-out or refurbishment projects
- Commercial project experience is desired
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple trades and ensure smooth night operations
- Understanding of safety and compliance regulations
