We are currently seeking 2 experienced Site Managers to deliver key hospitality refurbishment and fit out projects in the North Sydney region, working on behalf of a well-established contractor with a strong pipeline of commercial and hospitality works.
These roles will suit hands-on Site Managers who thrive in fast-paced live environments and have experience delivering refurbishment, fit out, and renovation projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day site management and coordination of trades, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Oversee programme delivery to ensure works are completed on time and within budget
- Manage site safety, compliance, and QA processes
- Drive productivity and maintain strong site standards
- Liaise with project managers, consultants, and key stakeholders
- Coordinate site logistics, materials, and sequencing of works
- Ensure smooth delivery in potentially live / operational environments
- Proven experience as a Site Manager delivering hospitality, commercial fit out, refurbishment, or renovation projects
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing and subcontractor management
- Hands-on leadership style with the ability to drive site performance
- Experience managing live environments is highly desirable
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong knowledge of WHS and site compliance
- Trade background or construction qualifications preferred
