You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of site operations, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard of quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily site operations and subcontractors
- Coordinate trades, materials, and site logistics
- Ensure compliance with WHS, quality, and environmental standards
- Liaise with project managers, consultants, and client representatives
- Maintain programme milestones and drive productivity
- Conduct site meetings and report on progress
- Oversee defect management and project completion
- Proven experience as a Site Manager on commercial fit-out projects
- Strong knowledge of construction sequencing and services coordination
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage tight timeframes and fast-paced programmes
- Current White Card
- Proficient with construction software's such as Procore, Jobpac, Hammertech
- First Aid and relevant site safety certifications (preferred)
