This project will involve working within a live operating medical facility, so previous experience delivering healthcare or medical fit-outs is essential. The role will require a combination of day and night shifts to minimise disruption to the facility.
The Role
- Manage the day-to-day delivery of a live medical fit-out/refurbishment.
- Coordinate subcontractors and site logistics.
- Ensure works are completed safely, on programme and to a high standard.
- Manage QA, site documentation and HSE compliance.
- Liaise with the client, consultants and project stakeholders.
- Maintain strict safety and operational requirements within a live environment.
- Proven Site Management experience on medical or healthcare fit-out projects.
- Experience working within live occupied environments is essential.
- Strong knowledge of commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects.
- Excellent understanding of HSE, QA and programme management.
- Current White Card.
- First Aid (preferred).
- Available to interview and commence immediately.
