We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead the delivery of a car park refurbishment project in Western Sydney. This role involves overseeing ground and civil works, coordinating subcontractors, ensuring safety and quality standards, and driving the project to successful completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day site operations for a car park refurbishment project
- Oversee ground civil works, including excavation, drainage, concreting and associated services
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel
- Monitor project schedules, progress, and resource allocation
- Maintain strict WHS compliance and site safety culture
- Ensure all work meets quality, environmental, and regulatory requirements
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and provide regular progress updates
- Identify issues early and implement practical solutions
- Proven experience as a Site Manager or Foreman on civil or commercial construction projects
- Strong background in ground and civil works (car park or infrastructure experience highly regarded)
- Excellent leadership and coordination skills
- Solid understanding of WHS legislation and onsite safety management
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Current driver’s licence and construction white card (essential)
