Our client is a family-owned contractor with over 60 + years in the industry.
They are a multi-vertical, business-based across Civil, landscaping, and council upgrades.
The client offers long-term career growth, a strong pipeline of projects, and genuine training/ development.
Your role as the Site Supervisor
- Liaise with subbies, clients, and consultants every week.
- Manage all on-site OHS.
- Site-based, travel will be required between sites and the office
- Work alongside Site Managers to run the job sites
- Ability to travel between projects and the office, remain in a long-term role, and work alongside other office staff and under the construction management team.
- Full driver's license
- Ability to work full-time in an office and on-site with regular office hours
- Manage on-site trades and labour
- Tool box talks
