Are you an experienced Site Manager looking for your next challenge with an established commercial builder?
We’re partnering with a respected Melbourne commercial construction business to appoint a Site Manager for an upcoming $20 million education project in Melbourne’s western suburbs.
With a strong pipeline of work across education, government, community and commercial construction, this is an opportunity to join a well-established builder delivering quality projects while taking ownership of a significant new build.
The project will involve the construction of a modern education facility incorporating a below-ground basement, a two-level gymnasium and classroom facilities. With an expected programme of approximately 18 months, you’ll play a key role in driving site operations and ensuring the project is delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
The Opportunity
Reporting to the Project Manager, you’ll take responsibility for the day-to-day site management of the project, coordinating subcontractors, managing site resources and maintaining control of programme, quality and safety.
You’ll be joining a collaborative project team where your ability to lead from the front, plan ahead and maintain high construction standards will be essential to the project's success.
This role would suit a Site Manager who enjoys being hands-on, takes pride in delivering quality builds and can confidently manage a busy commercial construction site.

- Maintain accurate site records, daily reports, inductions and site documentation.
- Build strong working relationships with subcontractors and the wider project team.
