Site Manager

Our client is based in Brisbane, and searching for a Northside based site manager to run a $30M mixed use commercial full D&C project. This is a permanent and long-term position with other projects in the pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day site operations, safety, quality, & subcontractors
- Develop and implement construction schedules
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work quality
- Foster a positive, high performing, & collaborative working environment
- Keep on top of industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure project compliance
- Proven experience as a Site Manager in commercial new build projects $10M+
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and best practices
- Excellent leadership
- Adept at problem-solving and decision-making in a fast-paced construction environment
- Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field
- Values teamwork and camaraderie
