The Role As Site Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of an amenities project in the Blue Mountains Area, managing all on-site operations to ensure safe, high-quality, on-time and on-budget outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing all on-site construction activities including labour, subcontractors and plant
- Driving program, cost, quality and safety performance
- Coordinating consultants, authorities and key stakeholders
- Ensuring full compliance with WHS, site safety and risk management requirements
- Leading, mentoring and developing site-based staff
- Maintaining strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers
- Proven experience as a Site Manager or Senior Foreman delivering complex Amenities, Community Centres with Residential housing, civic buildings, and medium density housing
- Strong understanding of buildability, sequencing and site logistics
- Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
- Trade background preferable but not essential
- Salary: $140k-$150k + Super
