Site Manager
Design & Build have partnered with an established national contractor, seeking multiple experienced Site Managers to join their Darwin team, delivering a strong pipeline of commercial new build projects across the Northern Territory.
With secured work for the next 5+ years, this is an excellent opportunity to join a highly respected builder known for delivering complex, large-scale projects and offering long-term career stability.
You will take ownership of projects from site establishment through to completion, managing subcontractors, programme delivery, safety, quality, and day-to-day site operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily site operations across commercial and defense construction projects
- Coordinate subcontractors, trades, and suppliers to maintain programme milestones
- Drive site safety, QA, and compliance standards
- Work closely with Project Managers and client-side stakeholders
- Lead site teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Maintain strong communication across all project stakeholders
- Proven experience as a Site Manager on commercial new build projects
- Strong leadership and subcontractor management skills
- Ability to manage programmes and drive project outcomes
- Trade or construction-related qualifications preferred
- Strong understanding of WHS and quality procedures
