This role suits a Site Manager who enjoys working on detail-driven projects such as restaurants, bars, hotels, and hospitality-led mixed-use spaces. You will be supported by an experienced project team and join a business with a strong pipeline of repeat clients and upcoming work.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all on-site operations from site establishment through to project handover
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors to ensure exceptional finishes, safety, and program delivery
- Maintain strict WHS standards and ensure compliance with company and industry requirements
- Work closely with clients, designers, consultants, and internal project teams
- Oversee daily site activities, short-term programming, and reporting
- Proactively identify and resolve site issues, including those within live or staged environments
- Ensure projects are delivered to a high standard of quality and client satisfaction
- 3+ years’ experience delivering hospitality or high-end commercial fit-outs with a Tier 2 or Tier 3 builder
- Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering high-quality finishes
- Proven ability to manage subcontractors and lead site teams effectively
- Confident communicator with strong stakeholder and client-facing skills
- Organised, solutions-focused, and able to perform under pressure
