The Role
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of commercial fitout projects valued between $500k and $10M. You will be responsible for coordinating all on-site activities, ensuring high standards of safety, quality, and program delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage subcontractors, trades, and site staff to ensure timely project delivery
- Oversee all aspects of site safety, quality control, and compliance
- Liaise with Project Managers, Architects, and Clients to maintain strong communication
- Monitor and drive project timelines and milestones
- Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks, and weekly progress meetings
- Maintain site records, reporting, and short-term programming
- Proven experience delivering commercial fitout or refurbishment projects
- Strong leadership skills and ability to build rapport with trades and stakeholders
- Exceptional understanding of site safety and WHS regulations
- Ability to read and interpret plans, drawings, and specifications
- Proficiency with site management software (Procore desirable but not essential)
- Trade background or construction-related qualification preferred
