Site Manager
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Site Manager
to join a well-established construction contractor specialising in high-end fitout and refurbishment projects across Hospitality, Hotels, Wellness Centres, Penthouses, and Premium Dining venues
throughout the Sydney CBD.
This role will see you delivering projects valued at circa $10M, working within a business that has a strong and immediate pipeline of work
and is urgently expanding its delivery team. You will be supported by established systems, processes, and experienced project teams, with the opportunity to step into a business that is set up for success and long-term growth.
Role:
• Day-to-day management of high-end fitout and refurbishment projects valued at approximately $10M.
• Supervising and coordinating subcontractors, trades, and site teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to quality standards.
• Monitoring site progress, programming, and resource allocation across multiple projects.
• Collaborating closely with Project Managers, Project Engineers, and clients to deliver premium hospitality environments.
• Managing site compliance, WHS requirements, quality assurance, and contractual obligations.
• Reporting on progress, variations, and site costs in line with company procedures.
• Supporting business growth through leadership, mentoring, and contribution to upcoming pipeline projects.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Site Manager
delivering Hospitality or Hotel projects valued around $10M.
• Strong ability to manage multiple stakeholders including clients, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Strong focus on quality, safety, and commercial outcomes.
