Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day site operations on commercial fitout projects
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to specification
- Maintain high standards of health & safety, quality, and compliance
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and senior management
- Monitor progress against programme and resolve site issues efficiently
- Conduct site inspections, toolbox talks, and progress meetings
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Site Manager on commercial fitout projects
- White Card
- QBCC License
- CPR and First Aid certification
- Full valid drivers license
- Competitive hourly or daily wages
