The Role
You will be responsible for managing day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. These are premium commercial fitout projects, requiring strong coordination and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all on-site activities
- Coordinate trades, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Ensure compliance with WHS regulations and site safety standards
- Monitor program timelines and drive project delivery
- Maintain quality control across all stages of the fitout
- Liaise with project managers and stakeholders
- Proven experience as a Site Manager on commercial fitout projects (A-Grade office experience highly regarded)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Valid QBCC supervisors license
- Ability to manage fast-paced, high-spec projects
- Excellent understanding of construction processes and site safety
- Relevant tickets and certifications
- Immediate start
