We are looking for a Site Manager to join our client, a well respected commercial fit out company in NSW. This will be looking for a Site Manager to work on an Education project in South Sydney for 9 weeks.
In this role, you will oversee and coordinate all site activities, ensuring the successful execution of our vision.
The Role:
- Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and material deliveries
- Communicating with the client to ensure the project is delivered on schedule
- Overseeing the construction program and reporting progress to the Project Manager
- Collaborating with the commercial team to identify variations and potential claims
- Ensuring on-site compliance with OHS standards, including conducting site inductions
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Site Manager
- Extensive background working within construction and fit out projects
- Proven track record in Education and Commercial Projects is preferred
- Strong understanding of OH&S processes
- Established relationships with subcontractors and clients
- Excellent communication
- Trade qualifications in Carpentry is preferred
