About the Role
As a Site Manager, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day coordination of site activities, subcontractors, and safety, ensuring projects are delivered on time, to budget, and to an exceptional standard. You’ll work closely with a supportive project team that values communication, collaboration, and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage site operations from groundworks through to handover
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and trades on-site
- Enforce WHS compliance and site safety standards
- Liaise with the Project Manager and stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery
- Read and interpret construction plans and specifications
- Monitor timelines, cost control, and quality assurance
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Site Manager on commercial or industrial projects in Victoria
- Strong knowledge of local construction standards, building codes, and OH&S regulations
- Trade background or relevant tertiary qualification
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Tech-savvy with experience using construction management software
