An established builder is seeking an experienced Site Manager / Builder
to lead the delivery of a bespoke, architecturally designed private residence valued at approximately $6 million, located in Sydney’s Northern Beaches.
This role presents an excellent opportunity for a capable and detail-oriented Site Manager to oversee a high-end residential project from commencement through to completion, with the support of a well-structured and professional team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to program, quality, and safety requirements
- Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and logistics across all phases of the build
- Maintain comprehensive site records, reporting, and scheduling
- Liaise with consultants, architects, and internal stakeholders
- Deliver a premium-level finish aligned with the project's architectural intent
- Demonstrated experience delivering high-end residential projects ($3M+)
- Strong leadership and site coordination capabilities
- In-depth construction knowledge, including sequencing and detailing
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Relevant trade background or construction-related qualifications, Builders license, Cert III Carpentry.
