We're currently looking for a Site Manager to be stationed across 2 projects valued from $5m - $15m within the broader Adelaide metro area.
Duties in your role will include:
- Full site set up
- Management of all trades and subcontractors
- Ensure works are completed on time and to a high standard of quality
- Management of all aspects of health and safety (OH&S)
- Management of stakeholders both internally and externally
- Minimum 5 years local experience as a Site Manager on commercial projects
- Essential that you have worked across the full project cycle of an industrial, health or education project
- Preferred experience delivering projects for DIT, Department of Education, or other public sector bodies
- Strong management and coordination skills
- Ability to lead and manage Site Supervisors & Project Coordinators
- Autonomy in working across multiple sites
- Excellent understanding of OH&S
- Ability to work autonomously
