The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Site Foreman to oversee a landmark $10M+ architectural home in Sydney’s East. You'll join a respected team with a strong pipeline of high-end residential projects, working alongside elite architects, consultants, and trades.

Key Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of on-site operations from start to finish
• Coordinate and manage all subcontractors, trades, and suppliers
• Drive projects to meet key milestones without compromising on quality
• Ensure the highest safety and OH&S standards on site
• Liaise closely with clients, consultants, and project managers
• Promote a positive, high-performance culture onsite

• 5+ years' experience in high-end residential construction
• Proven success as a Site Foreman on projects valued at $7M+
• Exceptional eye for detail and a commitment to high-quality finishes
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to drive timelines, budgets, and quality standards
• Solid understanding of construction processes and safety compliance
