We’re on the lookout for a motivated and experienced Site Manager
to lead the delivery of commercial projects across South Sydney.
You’ll be overseeing projects ranging from fit-outs and refurbishments to larger-scale commercial builds, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily site operations and coordinate all trades and subcontractors
- Maintain compliance with WHS standards and conduct site inductions
- Liaise with the Project Manager and stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery
- Monitor and report on progress, quality, and safety
- Drive schedules and proactively manage delays or issues
- Proven experience as a Site Manager on commercial construction projects
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies and WHS standards
- Great communication and leadership skills
- Ability to build rapport with clients, trades, and internal teams
- Trade background or relevant qualifications highly regarded
- Current White Card and valid driver’s license.
