We’re working with a leading commercial construction company, who specialise in high-end hospitality and retail fit outs
across NSW. With a strong pipeline of projects and a reputation for delivering top-quality finishes, they’re looking to bring an experienced Site Manager on board to lead upcoming work.
Our client focus on projects across the Sydney Metropolitan area.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Overseeing day-to-day site operations across hospitality and retail fit out projects
- Coordinating trades, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure works are delivered on time and to spec
- Managing site safety (WHS compliance), inductions, and toolbox talks
- Liaising with clients, project managers, and consultants to ensure clear communication across the board
- Managing the site program, identifying delays or risks, and implementing solutions to keep things moving
- Proven experience managing fit out projects – ideally hospitality venues, retail stores, or quick-turnaround commercial spaces
- Strong knowledge of building codes, safety procedures, and sequencing of trades
- Excellent communication and leadership skills – you know how to get the best out of your team
- White Card and current driver's license essential
- Carpentry trade background or relevant qualifications highly regarded
