We are recruiting for an experienced Site Manager, to work on a hospitality project on the Central Coast.
As Site Manager, you’ll oversee the day-to-day site operations and ensure your project is delivered on time, to spec and with exceptional quality. You’ll coordinate trades, manage site safety, liaise with clients and subcontractors, and work closely with a supportive PM and CA team.
- Manage the on-site delivery of hospitality fit-out projects (ranging from $500k–$5M)
- Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, materials and site logistics
- Ensure compliance with WHS regulations and company policies
- Deliver projects on time, within budget and to a high standard
- Problem-solve and communicate effectively with clients and consultants
- Minimum 3–5 years' experience in site management (hospitality or commercial fit-out preferred)
- Trade background or relevant building qualifications
- Strong understanding of construction programs and finishes
- Excellent leadership, communication and time management skills
