Are you a proven Site Manager with a background in carpentry and a track record delivering architecturally designed homes? This is your opportunity to join one of Sydney’s most respected high-end residential builders.

The Role
We’re looking for an experienced Site Manager who has successfully delivered 5 or more full-scale luxury homes from start to finish. You'll be across every detail — from groundworks to handover — working on stunning, custom-designed homes valued up to $10 million.

 The Projects

• Located across Sydney’s North Shore and Northern Beaches
• Architecturally designed homes — no two projects are the same
• Supported by a professional team, trusted trades, and engaged clients

 You’ll Need:

• Carpentry trade background
• Proven experience running 5+ luxury homes end-to-end
• Ability to manage programs, subcontractors, quality, safety, and client updates
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Passion for delivering detail-driven, high-quality finishes
