This $90 million project
consists of two 13-storey towers
with a shared podium and basement, and has just entered facade and early fit-out stages. With 12 months remaining until practical completion, we’re seeking a Lead Site Manager
to take charge of the project and drive it across the finish line.
The Project:
- Two 13-storey residential towers + basement and podium
- Located in Perth’s inner suburbs
- $90M total project value
- Currently in facade and fit-out phase
- Approx. 12 months until practical completion
- Oversee day-to-day site operations and subcontractor management
- Drive quality, safety, and program adherence across both towers
- Liaise closely with the Project Manager, delivery team, and consultants
- Manage sequencing of trades, logistics, and site compliance
- Lead the team through to a high-quality handover
- Extensive experience as a Site Manager on multi-storey or large-scale projects
- Track record delivering high-rise residential or commercial projects ($50M+)
- Trade qualified or degree/diploma in Construction Management
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- In-depth knowledge of WA building standards and safety practices
- Full-time, permanent role with a solid pipeline of future work
- Autonomy to take ownership of a major project at a critical stage
- Collaborative and experienced delivery team
- Up to $200k + Super + Vehicle/Package (negotiable)
