Site Manager

Design & Build are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to join a well established Melbourne-based builder with a strong reputation across the bespoke residential sector. 

With over 15 years of successful operation, the business is now entering an exciting growth phase. Their primary focus is on high-end residential builds, delivering bespoke townhouses and architecturally designed homes typically valued up to $6m. With a strong pipeline of upcoming work and several projects already underway, they’re looking to expand their team with a like-minded professional.

As Site Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Managing all on-site activities 
• Overseeing the construction of bespoke residential townhouses and single dwellings (often with basements)
• Working closely with the Project Manager who handles the overall program
• Keeping the build on track, on budget, and to the highest quality standards
• Leading a team and coordinating trusted subcontractors
• Utilizing various construction systems on a daily basis

• Proven experience delivering high-end residential builds – townhouses or single dwellings of similar scale with basements 
• Strong time management, communication, and team leadership
• Confident using various construction systems for documentation and compliance
