We’re seeking an experienced Site Manager
to lead the delivery of a high-profile hospitality upgrade in Wollongong
This short-term contract will suit a hands-on leader who can manage multiple trades, keep the program on track, and ensure a safe, quality build in a live, high-visibility environment.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily site operations and subcontractors
- Excellent safety, quality, and stakeholder management capability
- Strong leadership and coordination skills in a live operating environment
- Manage deliveries, scheduling, and progress reporting
- Ensure works are completed to a high standard and to spec
- Previous experience managing refurb and fit-out projects
- Trade background or construction qualification preferred
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to run a tight, well-organised site
- Proficient with Procore and Hammertech
- White Card, First Aid, and relevant tickets
