The Role

As Site Manager, you’ll take ownership of end-to-end site delivery – coordinating trades, driving quality, ensuring safety, and exceeding client expectations on Sydney’s most stunning homes. You’ll be the key link between clients, consultants, and your project team, ensuring each home is delivered to the highest standard.

About You

- We’re looking for someone who brings:

- Proven experience as a Site Manager (luxury or high-end resi strongly preferred).

- Carpentry trade background or similar hands-on start in construction.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive and motivate teams.

- A passion for delivering homes of the highest quality.
