• Manage all site-based activities from start to finish
• Lead and motivate subcontractors and site teams
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and consultants
• Uphold safety, quality, and compliance on site

• Proven experience as a Site Manager in high-end residential builds
• Ability to manage projects $5M–$10M in value
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• A passion for delivering quality homes with exceptional attention to detail
