Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day site operations from start to completion.
- Lead, coordinate, and manage subcontractors and suppliers.
- Ensure safety, compliance, and quality standards are consistently met.
- Drive construction programs and maintain project timelines.
- Report to and collaborate closely with the Project Manager.
- Act as the key point of contact on-site, fostering strong client and stakeholder relationships.
- Proven experience as a Site Manager on commercial and/or government projects.
- Strong understanding of construction methodology, safety, and compliance.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, programs, and specifications.
- Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
- A track record of delivering projects up to $15M successfully.
