Role Overview
- Full-time Site Manager opportunity based in the northern suburbs of Melbourne.
- Lead and oversee active construction sites, ensuring projects progress safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
- Implement company procedures, coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and represent the business onsite with professionalism and clear communication.
- Manage all on-site operations, including personnel, subcontractors, and visitors.
- Foster a collaborative environment through strong communication and teamwork.
- Maintain rigorous standards of health, safety, and quality compliance.
- Utilise construction technology and processes to monitor progress in a fast-paced setting.
- Uphold integrity, professionalism, and consistency in every aspect of site management.
- Tertiary qualification in construction management, a qualified carpenter or a related discipline.
- Working With Children Check(or ability to obtain one).
- Demonstrated experience in commercial construction—with sites including schools, social housing, local government, or community infrastructure.
- Strong leadership, excellent stakeholder communication, and a commitment to safety-first site execution.
