The Opportunity
You’ll be stepping into a key leadership position, managing commercial office fit-outs and refurbishments across Sydney's CBD and inner suburbs, with projects ranging between $1M and $10M. This is your chance to take full ownership, from delivery through to handover, within a builder celebrated for its craftsmanship, client focus, and long-term collaborative culture.
The Role
Reporting to the Project Director, you will:
- Oversee site delivery of workplace fit-outs and refurbishments, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and within budget
- Coordinate trades, subcontractors, and deliveries across live and occupied environments
- Maintain exemplary quality control, focusing on finishes and design detail
- Champion HSEQ practices and foster a safety-first culture on site
- Liaise effectively with clients, consultants, and internal teams to resolve buildability and design issues
- Track progress and provide regular updates on program, cost, and quality performance
- Trade-qualified or experienced in a similar Site Manager role within commercial fit-outs or refurbishments
- Proven track record delivering high-end workplace projects ($1M–$10M), ideally in CBD or inner-city locations
- Strong leadership presence with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Detail-oriented, with a deep commitment to craftsmanship and safety excellence
- Confident navigating fast-paced, design-focused delivery environments
- Competitive salary package up to $210,000 (inclusive of Super)
