We’re looking for an experienced Site Manager
to take the lead on a retail fit out project in Albury. This is a hands-on site-based role, ideal for someone with a strong background in fast-paced retail environments. You’ll be working closely with the project team to deliver a high-quality result on time and on budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day site operations and coordinate trades and suppliers
- Ensure project milestones are met and work is delivered to a high standard
- Enforce compliance with WHS regulations and company policies
- Use Procore for project management and Hammertech for safety compliance
- Conduct toolbox talks, site inductions, and maintain daily site reports
- Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and internal teams
- Proven retail fit-out experience as a Site Manager
- Proficiency in Hammertech and Procore
- Strong understanding of OH&S and site safety procedures
- Exceptional organisational and problem-solving skills
- A current White Card and First Aid certificate
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to work on-site in Albury, with reliable transport
