The company:
An established Tier 2 builder that focuses on new build & fit-out projects up to $150m in WA. They build in a variety of sectors such as Government, Health Care, Retail & Education. The company was founded over 50 years ago and since its inception, has grown year on year.
They require a Site Manager to help deliver a complex education project located North of the River.
Duties will include:
- Managing full site setup, logistics, and daily operations
- Coordinating and overseeing all trades, subcontractors, and site personnel
- Monitoring construction progress to ensure program timelines and quality standards are met
- Ensuring compliance with all health, safety, and environmental (OH&S) regulations on site
- Leading site meetings and liaising with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders
- Reporting to senior management on project progress, risks, and site issues
- Minimum 4+ years local experience as a Site Manager on commercial construction projects
- Proven track record managing commercial projects up to $30m in value
- Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills
- Strong understanding of OH&S regulations and site compliance
- Ability to manage teams and subcontractors independently with minimal supervision
- Autonomy and trust from management
