are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager
to join a well established Melbourne-based builder with a strong reputation across the bespoke residential sector.
With over 20 years of successful operation, the business is well established within the sector. Their primary focus is on high-end residential builds, delivering stunning architecturally designed homes typically valued up to $15m. With a strong pipeline of upcoming work and several projects already underway, they’re looking to expand their team with a like-minded professional.
This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a small and close-knit team that values its people. Culture is a priority for them, and they make a deliberate effort to ensure their team is well looked after, shown in their low level of turnover.
As Site Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Managing all on-site activities for a single project
- Overseeing the construction of bespoke residential homes
- Keeping the build on track, on budget, and to the highest quality standards
- Leading a team and coordinating trusted subcontractors
- Utilizing various construction systems as needed
- Involvement in the project right from the beginning through to handover
- Proven experience delivering multiple high-end residential builds, valued $8m+
- Strong time management and leadership ability
- Confident using various construction systems for documentation and compliance
- Excellent communication skills with ability to lead an internal team and liaise with clients and stakeholders
