Site Manager
Design & Build has partnered with a leading Construction Company, who is searching for an experienced Site Manager on the Gold Coast.
The successful applicant will have relevant site management experience in the Commercial or Residential Construction industry. You will be working on a $150M development comprising of luxury villas and an apartment building. With a strong pipeline of work on the Gold Coast they are looking for someone wanting longevity.
As the Site Manager you will be responsible for:
- Management and leadership for the co-ordination of trades, direct labour and materials
- Liaison between Engineers, Senior Management and Principal Contractor
- Ensuring that problems are resolved, and all personnel on-site adhere and maintain a high standard of Health & Safety
- Driving project to completion on time, to quality and under budget
To be considered for the role of Site Manager you will require:
- Previous experience in a Site Manager role
- Experience working on Commercial or Residential Projects valued $50M +
- New Build experience
- Construction-related tertiary qualification is preferred
- The ability to lead a team, communicating effectively with people at every stage of the project
- A desire to take on a long-term role where you will grow with the business
