Site Manager
Design and Build Recruitment is looking for a number of experienced Site Managers with a passion for overseeing new build and refurb projects. As a Site Manager, you will play a crucial role in the successful execution of our clients projects. You will have your pick of Brisbane or Regional projects - take your pick.
Projects will range from $2M - $30M in value. They could include retail, hospitality, office, mixed use commercial, and education new build or refurbishment projects.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all aspects of the build. Take charge and own your project.
- Coordinate with the project team, subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
- Monitor project progress, identify, and resolve any issues or delays, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks.
- Proven experience as a Site Manager new build projects up to $2M - $30M
- QBCC & First Aid licenses.
- Proficient in interpreting technical drawings, specifications, and contracts.
- Sound understanding and commitment to safety regulations and procedures.
