Site Manager

Design & Build are working with a leading National Builder who are looking for a Site Manager for a $5m Commercial/Education project in Sydney.


To be considered for the role of the Site Manager you will require:

• Construction Management/Building or equivalent
• Trade qualification is favorable
• Project experience from $5M+
• Proven industry experience on Commercial/Education projects. 
• Previous experience managing sub contractors with programming
• Strong negotiating skills to implement contracts with sub contractors and suppliers to satisfy budgets, quality, safety and time requirements.
